Cancel or withdraw order
Need to cancel an unfulfilled order or return a delivered one? You can do that directly from your customer account. Here's how.
Step 1 — Sign in to your account
Click the button below to sign in. No password needed — enter the email address you used at checkout, and we'll send you a 6-digit sign-in code by email. This works for both guest checkouts and registered accounts.
Step 2 — Find your order
After signing in, you'll see a list of your orders. Click into the order you want to cancel or return.
Step 3 — Submit your request
- For unfulfilled orders: click "Cancel items", confirm the items, and submit.
- For delivered orders within 14 days: click "Return items", confirm the items, and submit.
You'll receive an email confirming we received your request. We review every request and respond within 2 business days.
EU customers — 14-day right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. You can use the flow above, fill out our model withdrawal form, or email us at hello@mindfulsudoku.com with your name, order number, and a statement that you are withdrawing.
